Throughout the 25 years that Glass Eye Productions, Inc. has been in operation, on occasion, people ask us a similar question. “Do you make eye glasses,” or even “do you manufacture glass eyes?" It’s easy to see where the confusion occurs. In their defense, it’s in the name. However, we proudly specialize in the field of video production. The name Glass Eye comes from the idea that when a videographer is situated behind their camera to film, the camera lens becomes their eye in the artistic process, and the lens is considered the glass of the camera.
